The beautifully wrapped boxes, filled with wonderful gifts

Our Christmas party was a great success! Thank you to everyone that contributed by donating and covering us in prayer. We had kids from all walks of life and its heart breaking to hear some of their stories. It was a true blessing to see that in a moment of time they could forget about all their pain & sorrow & enjoy a fun filled day.

One of our volunteers, out of curiosity asked a little boy what he liked most in his box & his reply was “receiving God’s love”. That brings so much joy to our hearts and we can only stand in awe of what God did that day!! It was great fun to spoil the children by having jumping castles, face painting, a magic show and of course giving them a beautifully wrapped shoebox filled with lots of goodies.  However, projecting the true meaning of Christmas through a short powerful message from our fun loving clown (Ps Franzette) was our ultimate goal. After hearing the testimony of that little boy, we sing praise to our heavenly Father & thank Him for giving us the ultimate gift, His Son.  Through His love for us, we could show the kids His love for them, in action and deed.
