This mother’s day, join hands with Siyanceda Africa, in collaboration with Beacon Bay Retail Park and Treehouse, as we support Stork Support Ministries, who minister to mothers in need with their newborn babies in hospital. Because these mom’s do not have the luxury of spoiling their newborn babies with simple necessities, Stork Support make up a baby kit for them to take home.

If you want to be a part of this great initiative, you can purchase any of these items on the list below and drop them off at Treehouse, situated in Beacon Bay Retail Park.

Our youth pastors notified us late last night that shacks are burning down at an informal settlement at the back of the church building. They also notified the fire department that went out to extinguish the fire. We met up with some of the Creed team in the morning to get food parcels packed. We had clothes, blankets and StoveTec stoves in the storehouse to take with. Luckily, due to the fire department’s response only a few shacks burned down but the people were left devastated. We are grateful that we could spend time with them and help meet some of their need.

Our Christmas party was a great success! We had kids from all walks of life and its heart breaking to hear some of their stories. It was a true blessing to see that in a moment of time they could forget about all their pain & sorrow & enjoy a fun filled day.

One of our volunteers, out of curiosity asked a little boy what he liked most in his box & his reply was “receiving God’s love”.

It was great fun to spoil the children by having jumping castles, face painting, a magic show and of course giving them a beautifully wrapped shoebox filled with lots of goodies. However, projecting the true meaning of Christmas through a short powerful message from our fun loving clown was our ultimate goal. After hearing the testimony of that little boy, we sing praise to our heavenly Father & thank Him for giving us the ultimate gift, His Son. Through His love for us, we could show the kids His love for them, in action and deed.

Have you ever imagined giving your child a pencil or toothbrush for Christmas? Of course not. However, to those who have very little and at times nothing, this is a very welcoming gift.

This Christmas, Siyanceda will be making up shoeboxes filled with some awesome goodies to bless children who have less hope to receive a gift of any kind. We will also host a massive party for the kids, sharing the true meaning of Christmas.

Why not join hands with Siyanceda Africa to make a wonderful difference in a very special way. Your gift, no matter how big or small will help us spread joy and happiness to many underprivileged children this Christmas season.

Winter Project 2011

Your kind donation will provide families with a StoveTec biomass stove. This innovative and award-winning stove uses at least 50% less wood, cooks nearly four times quicker than an open fire and produce at least 60% less smoke and greenhouse gasses. It is safe, rugged, mobile, easy to clean and use, and it can also serve as a heater.
Our aim is to provide households with the means to a better, safer and warmer winter this year.

The StoveTec Stove changed nearly 300 family’s lives this winter. Not only keeping them warm, but also ensuring a saver, healthier environment for all. Siyanceda teamed up with various organizations in our area to distribute this award-winning stove. The people are amazed that they can now cook their meals without having to buy paraffin and the fact that it also acts like a heater makes such a difference.

Siyanceda had the opportunity to go back to the Tenahead Mountain Lodge area, to hand out some much-needed blankets and jackets. On our first night in Barkley East, it was -8°C!! We encountered a few obstacles along the way but never the less, new friendships were formed and through the kindness of the community, we could get the blankets and jackets to those who truly need it the most.
