Very few of us have had to suffer the painful ordeal of a child who was born with a severe birth defect which ultimately caused them to look like a monster. Of course with modern technology and advanced medical research, if one had enough money and resources, the problem would be rectified with a few surgeries.

Siyanceda invited 1000 underprivileged and homeless children to celebrate Christmas at the conference facility at River Park building, East London.

South Africa is experiencing major problems with children who find themselves living on the streets. The reasons as to why a child leaves home and goes onto the streets vary from physical abuse, sexual abuse, violence, poverty and hunger.
